Shape Up Class
This class is a total body workout! Get all the strength and cardio conditioning you will need to tone and fit your body. It is a mid-day/evening workout in a group setting. Focus points: 

  • Muscle Endurance
  • Cardiovascular
  • Endurance
  • Balance
  • Agility
  • Flexibility

Mondays

  • 12:15PM – 12:45PM
  • 5:15PM – 5:45PM

Wednesdays

  • 5:15PM – 5:45PM

Fridays

  • 12:15PM – -12:45PM

$10 for drop-in, free to members.

Yoga Classes Class Schedule
Yoga at The St. Helens Vault are offered twice a week with an experienced Yoga instructor who make the sessions fun and engaging for the body. For those who sign up for an annual membership at The Vault, these Yoga classes are available at no additional cost. If you are not currently a Vault member and would just like to attend Yoga classes in St. Helens, we offer Yoga class packages at competitive rates. ZUMBA® Classes

Starting Tuesday, July 12th The Vault will launch our first ZUMBA® Class held at 231 South 1st Street.  

This Latin inspired aerobic/dance fitness class incorporates body movements that follow music. Such as: hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo.

Tuesdays

  • 7:00PM – 8:00PM

Pricing

Members: $5 or 5 classes for $20

Non-members: $10 or 5 classes for $45


Participants are required to have a waiver on file and sign in at The Vault before attending the classes.
